Are your products covered by a warranty?

Each item carries different warranties. Some items are not covered by any warranty while others have manufacturer warranty. We specify warranty information on products page. However, if warranty information of any item is not clear, please contact us for further warranty information.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and undamaged items. We accept returns only for items that have a problem from our end like wrong or damaged item. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to initiate a return. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to the UK.
